These terms apply between Ronneby Golfanläggning AB and the person who, personally or through another person, books/pays for a motorhome pitch in Ronneby.
The customer/payer is referred to as “Customer” in the terms. The supplier is referred to as “Ronneby Golfanläggning AB”, “We” or “Ronneby GK”. The booking/payment concerns rental of a motorhome pitch in Ronneby from Ronneby Golf Club. Customers/guests are obliged to follow Ronneby Golfanläggning AB "Rules for motorhome pitches"; this document is available in full at www.ronnebygk.se
Customers/guests who do not follow these regulations may be refused entry to the area by Ronneby Golf Club staff.
To book a motorhome pitch on the website "stallplats.ronneby.se", the customer must be at least 18 years old. To complete payment of the fee, a bank card (VISA or Mastercard) or (BankID and Swish) is required.
The price includes site rental, the booking fee, and connection to electricity (including consumption) (10 amps).
Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, it must be checked to ensure that all details are correct. It is the customer's/orderer's responsibility to ensure that the details on the booking confirmation are correct.
The booking confirmation is sent by email and as a text message (SMS). In the event of an error, Ronneby Golf Club must be contacted within 7 days of receiving the confirmation, but no later than 24 hours before arrival.
all prices are in SEK and include VAT.
Payment is made immediately, also when booking.
Cancellation can only be made online via stallplats.ronneby.se. The reservation fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking starts are non-refundable.
Ronneby Golfanläggning AB is not responsible for items left behind.
Ronneby Golfanläggning AB is not responsible for damage caused by third parties.
Other obligations and rules of conduct
The customer/guests must take good care of the pitch and the harbour facilities and follow the applicable rules of conduct, instructions and regulations.
The customer/guests must show the utmost consideration and keep quiet towards other guests between 23:00 and 08:00.
Barbecuing takes place in the designated area. Be mindful of the fire risk and check your extinguishing equipment.
Each power outlet is 10 amps, which in practice means power for charging only. Overloading risks knocking out all or part of our electrical network. In the event of obvious misuse, we reserve the right to invoice the repair costs. One outlet per car.
Dog must be kept on a leash.
Hazardous waste must be placed at the environmental station. Garbage must be placed in designated bins. Other waste may not be flushed or thrown away in the area.
Payment of the fee is made online or at our kiosk during opening hours.
Drinking water may not be used for washing vehicles.
We are not responsible for damage or losses caused by third parties.

This is an agreement entered into between the customer (the purchaser) and Ronneby Golfanläggning AB. The agreement shall cease to apply with immediate effect if:
If a breach of contract occurs, the customer/guests in the party must immediately move away from the area. In the event of destruction or disruptive behavior, damages may be claimed from the customer.
In case of war, natural disasters, strikes and other events considered force majeure, Ronneby Golfanläggning AB may terminate the agreement, in which case the customer and guests shall be informed as soon as possible. Ronneby Golfanläggning AB is in such cases obliged to refund the amount paid, except for the benefit derived from the pitch.
