These conditions apply between Ronneby Golfanläggning AB and the person who either directly or through another person books/pays for a parking space in Ronneby.
The person who orders/pays is referred to as "Customer" in the conditions. The supplier is referred to as "Ronneby Golfanläggning AB", "We" or "Ronneby Golf Club". The booking/payment is for renting a parking space in Ronneby by Ronneby Golf Club. Customers/guests are obliged to follow the Ronneby Golfanläggning AB "Regulations for parking spaces", this document is available in full at www.ronnebygk.se
Customers/guests who do not follow these regulations have the right to be rejected from the area by Ronneby Golf Club staff.
To book a parking space on the website "stallplats.ronneby.se" the customer must be at least 18 years old. To carry out the payment of the fee, a bank card (VISA or Mastercard) or (BankId and Swish) is required.
The price includes rental of space, booking fee, and connection (including consumption) of electricity (10 amperes).
Upon receiving the booking confirmation, it should be checked so that all details are correct. The customer/orderer is responsible for ensuring that the information on the booking confirmation is correct. Booking confirmation is sent via email and as a text message (SMS). In case of error, Ronneby Golf Club should be contacted within 7 days of receiving the confirmation, but no later than 24 hours before arrival. All prices are in SEK and include value added tax.
Payment is made immediately, even when booking.
Cancellation can only be done online via stallplats.ronneby.se. The reservation fee is not refundable upon cancellation. Cancellation < 48h before the booking begins is not refundable.
Ronneby Golfanläggning AB is not responsible for forgotten items.
Ronneby Golfanläggning AB is not responsible for damage caused by outsiders.
Other Obligations and Regulations
The customer/guests should take care of the site, harbor facilities well and follow the regulations, instructions, and rules that apply.
The customer/guests should observe utmost consideration and silence towards other guests between 23:00 and 08:00.
Barbecuing takes place at the designated place. Consider the risk of fire, check your fire extinguishing equipment.
Each electrical outlet is 10 amperes, which essentially only means power for charging. Overload risks knocking out all or parts of our electrical grid. In cases of clear misuse, we reserve the right to invoice the repair costs. One outlet per vehicle.
Dogs must be kept on a leash.
Environmental waste should be placed in the environmental station. Garbage should be placed in the designated garbage bins. Other waste must not be flushed or thrown in the area.
Payment of the fee is made online or in our kiosk during its opening hours.
Drinking water should not be used for washing vehicles.
We are not responsible for damages or losses caused by outsiders.

This is a contract established between the customer (orderer) and Ronneby Golfanläggning AB. The contract ceases to apply immediately if:
If a breach of contract occurs, the customer/guests in the party must immediately move from the area. In case of destruction or disturbing behavior, damages may be claimed from the customer.
In case of war, natural disasters, strike, and other events that are considered force majeure, Ronneby Golfanläggning AB can cancel the contract, in which case the customer and guests should be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, Ronneby Golfanläggning AB is obliged to refund the amount paid, with the exception of the benefit that has been derived from the site.
